º . Modifícase el numeral catorce (14) del artículo 4º del Decreto 855 de 1994, que quedará como a continuación se establece: "14. Equipos de hospitales militares y establecimientos de sanidad del sistema de salud de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional, equipos de sanidad de campaña y equipos militares de campaña destinados a la defensa nacional y al uso privativo de la fuerza pública".
