° No podrán hacerse adjudicaciones por más de mil hectáreas á cambio de títulos de concesión, sino en terrenos cuya altura sobre el nivel del mar no exceda de seiscientos metros, fin los terrenos situados á una altura menor de seiscientos metros podrán hacerse adjudicaciones hasta por cinco mil hectáreas.
