º Para obtener el registro o inscripción de títulos de Educación Básica Secundaria y Media Vocacional Oficiales, será indispensable presentar certificación del establecimiento docente donde se hizo el servicio de la alfabetización y la constancia de trabajo como empadronador o supervisor del "XV Censo de Población y IV de Vivienda", refrendada por la Oficina Regional de Camina y el Centro de Operaciones o la Oficina Municipal del Censo en su lugar de trabajo, respectivamente.
