Los miembros de las Junta Directiva no podrán tener entre sí, ni con el Director General del instituto, parentesco alguno dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad ni segundo de afinidad. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva y los parientes de estos o del director, dentro de los grados de parentesco señalados en el inciso anterior, no podrán ser designados para ejercer empleos o misiones remuneradas dentro del Instituto , salvo en cuanto a los primeros el desempeño de comisiones temporales fuera de la sede del instituto, cuando pareciere indispensable.
