Modifíquese el inciso 2 del artículo 299 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "Quien solicite la expedición de una resolución anticipada está obligado a informar a la autoridad aduanera, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su ocurrencia, sobre cualquier circunstancia que implique la desaparición de los supuestos de hecho o de derecho que la sustentaron."
