Decreto 431 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamenta la Policía Cívica en la modalidad de voluntarios.

Equipo de Comunicaciones. Al ingreso a la Policía Cívica y una vez aportado el equipo de comunicaciones, el nuevo miembro suscribirá un acta en la cual se comprometerá a devolverlo dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a su desvinculación o retiro.

Parágrafo

A partir de la fecha de la vigencia del presente Decreto, todo miembro de la Policía Cívica deberá proveerse del correspondiente permiso para portar y utilizar el radio de acuerdo con la reglamentación del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
