Al juicio que se promueva por un mero tenedor para recuperar la tenencia de que ha sido despojado, o para que no se le turbe en el ejercicio de su derecho, o para que se le dé seguridad contra un temor fundado, se le da la tramitación señalada para los juicios posesorios.
