Art. 6.° Las vacantes temporales ó permanentes que ocurran en los puestos subalternos de las oficinas de correos se llenarán con los empleados que ocupen en las respectivas oficinas los puestos inferiores más inmediatos ; y cuando hubiere más de uno en iguales puestos, se dará la preferencia al más apto y consagrado. En las mismas oficinas podrán crearse plazas de meritorios que, llegado el caso, se considerarán como empleados de ellas para los efectos de este artículo.
