LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.11. Licencia de Navegación. La Licencia de Navegación es el documento que acredita la idoneidad del tripulante, para su desempeño a bordo, siendo obligatoria para todos y cada uno de ellos. Dicha Licencia de Navegación expedida en virtud de la Ley 35/81, reglamentada por el presente Capítulo, será obligatoria para todos los tripulantes de naves dedicadas al transporte marítimo.
