La designación del Director General se efectuará en sesión ordinaria o extraordinaria del consejo directivo, que se celebrará en el mes de diciembre anterior a la iniciación del período institucional consagrado en la Ley 99 de 1993; la sesión del Consejo Directivo para la designación del Director General será en audiencia pública».
