Art. 187. Si el alcance proviene de algunos comprobantes, éstos serán admitidos al responsable en abono de sus cuentas hasta después de pasados los cinco días y por todo el tiempo que dure el juicio de apelación. Después de decidida la apelación pueden admitirse los documentos que destruyan el cargo ó cargos, á juicio de la Sala, y cuando aquéllos provienen de falta de comprobantes.
