° Los candidatos que integren las listas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán llenar los requisitos exigidos por el artículo 64 de la Ley 6ª de 1945, esto es: ser ciudadano colombiano, mayor de veinticinco (25) años, abogado titulado y versado en derecho del trabajo, gozar de buena reputación y no haber sido condenado en ningún tiempo a cumplir pena aflictiva.
