Cuando se presente la solicitud de restitución internacional o regulación internacional de visitas de manera directa, obviando la gestión de la Autoridad Central, de ella conocerá el juez de familia o promiscuo de familia en primera instancia, siguiendo las reglas del proceso verbal sumario.
