Art. 1°. Autorizase al Gobierno para pagar en dinero los créditos reconocidos o que reconozca, por exacciones causadas en la última guerra, la Comisión de Suministros, Empréstitos y Expropiaciones a cargo del Tesoro y a favor de Jefes superiores de alta graduación militar al servicio del Gobierno, previas las formalidades prescritas en la legislación vigente.

Parágrafo

Este pago se hará cuando la situación del Tesoro lo permita, en la moneda en que se hayan hecho los avalúos o en su equivalente en papel moneda.
