º El artículo 3º del Decreto 0515 de 1986, quedará así: "Para obtener el reconocimiento deportivo, o renovarlo, los clubes deportivos de aficionados deberán cumplir además los siguientes requisitos

Acreditar un número plural de miembros permanentes de diez (10) o más personas, naturales o jurídicas;

Acreditar un número permanente no inferior a diez (10) deportistas".
