° Para las efectos del Decreto 1368 de 1974 la calificación de un predio o parte de él como área nueva será hecha por el Ministerio de Agricultura a solicitud del interesado mediante Resolución motivada, y previo el concepto del Comité de Coordinación Ejecutiva del Sector Agropecuario.
