En caso de incapacidad permanente debidamente certificada por la entidad prestadora de salud a la que se encuentre afiliado el diputado, el Presidente de la asamblea declarará la vacancia por falta absoluta y procederá a llamar a quien tenga derecho a ocupar la curul y haya sido determinado por la autoridad respectiva, previa notificación a la bancada a la que pertenezca.
