Diploma. El Diploma correspondiente a la Medalla Militar “Servicios Distinguidos en Operaciones de Contraterrorismo” llevará las firmas del Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, el Comandante del Comando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales y el Jefe de Desarrollo Humano del Comando Unificado de Operaciones Especiales, con la siguiente leyenda:
