- INFORME DE ENCARGOS. Para efectos del mantenimiento del orden público, en todos los casos en que el Alcalde encargue de su empleo a otro funcionario, por el término que sea, está en la obligación de informar al Gobernador respectivo y al Ministro de Gobierno, a más tardar dentro de los dos días hábiles siguientes al encargo (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 114).
