Sueldos De Los Fiscales De Los Juzgados Superiores De Distrito Judicial, Así: Parágrafo 1

Adiciónase la liquidación general del Presupuesto Nacional de gastos para el año económico de 1916 con la cantidad de tres mil seiscientos cuarenta pesos ($ 3,640), que llevará la siguiente imputación: MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO Capítulo 12 Ministerio Público. Fiscalías. Artículo 25. Sueldos de los Fiscales de los Juzgados Superiores de Distrito Judicial, así:

Parágrafo 1

° De un Fiscal más en Bogotá, a $ 74-40 mensuales, de 1.° de febrero a 30 de noviembre $ 744 Capítulo 15 Juzgados Superiores de Distrito Judicial. Artículo 46. Sueldos de los empleados de los Juzgados Superiores del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, así:

Parágrafo 1

° De un Juez más, a $ 120 mensuales, de 1.° de febrero a 30 de noviembre. $ 1,200

Parágrafo 2

° Del Secretario, a $ 65-10 mensuales, en el mismo tiempo 651

Parágrafo 3

° Del Oficial Mayor, a $ 47-50 mensuales, en el mismo tiempo 475

Parágrafo 4

° Del Escribiente, a $ 38 mensuales, en el mismo tiempo 380

° Del Portero, a $ 19 mensuales, en el mismo tiempo 190 Total $3,640

Las Oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones a que da lugar el presente Decreto. Publíquese.
