Para dar cumplimiento al artículo anterior, destinase la suma de setecientos cincuenta mil pesos ($750.000.00), la cual será incluida en el Presupuesto de la vigencia de 1960.

Parágrafo

En caso de no ser incluida en la vigencia respectiva, facultase al Gobierno para hacer los créditos y contracréditos indispensables para el cumplimiento a esta Ley.
