La subvención de que trata el artículo anterior, se pagara por secciones de cinco kilómetros, construidos en forma definitiva, pero la entidad constructora quedará obligada a terminar y dar al servicio público la vía entre las ciudades de Cúcuta y Pamplona, en un plazo no mayor de seis años, contados a partir del día en que se firme la escritura de contrato.
