Procedimiento de contratación . Los contratos a los que se refiere el literal h) del numeral 2 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1150 de 2007, y que estén directamente relacionados con el desarrollo o ejecución de los proyectos allí señalados, se celebrarán por parte de la entidad estatal competente haciendo uso del procedimiento previsto para la selección abreviada de menor cuantía.
