Las tasas de los derechos consulares señaladas en el artículo 1o. de la Ley 36 de 1929, se elevan en un cincuenta por ciento (50%). Tales derechos se continuarán haciendo efectivos en estampillas de timbre nacional que se adherirán a los respectivos documentos en la forma y términos previstos en el Decreto No. 1998 de 1930, originario de los Ministerios de Relaciones Exteriores y de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
