Artículo quinto . Las Empresas que no cumplan con lo dispuesto en este Decreto serán sancionadas por las autoridades competentes, con una multa hasta de veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que los vehículos que presten ese servicio estarán protegidos por la póliza de seguros, que el Estado tiene contratada con la Previsora de Seguros.
