Para que los pagadores puedan retirar periódicamente las sumas que correspondan al Montepío, los Habilitados las expresarán con precisión en el presupuesto mensual, anotándolas en columnas extraordinarias que le agregarán á las ordinarias en el número que fuere necesario para las diversas entradas del Montepío, según el artículo 2.de la Ley. Al fin se sumarán estas partidas y la suma se restará del total del presupuesto, de modo que pueda saberse qué suma corresponde al Cuerpo y cuál al Montepío.
