El trayecto comprendido entre el sitio en donde se colocó la cabeza y la plaza principal de Guaduas, se denominará en adelante Avenida Galán y será arreglado convenientemente por cuenta de la Nación, y se destina para el cumplimiento de estos dos artículos o sea la erección del busto y arreglo de la Avenida la cantidad de quince mil pesos ($15,000).
