Certificado de aptitud de radioaficionado . Toda persona que desee obtener una licencia de radioaficionado, deberá presentar, entre otros, un Certificado de Aptitud de Radioaficionado, que acredite su idoneidad para instalar y operar estaciones de aficionados y, para la correcta prestación y ejercicio del servicio. Los Certificados de Aptitud de Radioaficionado, serán expedidos por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
