El Guía de Turismo que preste sus servicios sin estar inscrito o sin haber actualizado su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Turismo o incurra en cualquiera de las conductas previstas en el artículo 71 de la Ley 300 de 1996 será sancionado en los términos indicados en los artículos 61 y 72 de la Ley 300 de 1996, modificados, respectivamente por el artículo 33 de la Ley 1558 de 2012 y por el artículo 47 de la Ley 1429 de 2010.
