El Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural, Incoder, certificará que los beneficiarios de la compra de cartera que efectuará Finagro, fueron sujetos de la Ley 160 de 1994 y acompañará los procesos de reactivación agropecuaria y el desarrollo de los proyectos productivos correspondientes, con el fin de apoyar la viabilidad técnica y económica de los mismos.
