Tratamiento de datos personales. En la aplicación del presente decreto se deberá dar pleno cumplimiento a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley 1581 de 2012, o a las normas que la modifiquen, complementen o sustituyan, respecto a la protección y tratamiento de datos personales.
