En los casos previstos en el artículo anterior, el Contralor General de la Repúblicabrirá juicio de cuentas al respectivo Ministro, Jefe de Departamento Administrativo o representante legal del Establecimiento Público Nacional, deducirá la responsabilidad a que hubiere lugar y remitirá el expediente a la Cámara de Representantes para la aprobación del alcance. De la responsabilidad en que pueda incurrir el Contralor General de la República en estos casos, conocerá la Corte Suprema de Justicia, conforme a lo previsto en la ley.
