Art. 205. Si de las diligencias practicadas para la presentación de una cuenta resultare, á juicio de la Sección en acuerdo, que no hay persona ni cosa responsable, ó que ya es imposible obtenerla, se dará cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo para que se proceda como si no hubiere debido presentarse.
