Por las Alcaldías se llevará un libro registrador de extranjeros en el cual se harán constar los mismos datos que se indican para el prontuario. Cada asiento llevará número de orden, fecha, fotografía y firma autógrafa del extranjero. El número del asiento corresponderá al de la cédula que se expida.
