º . Para considerar el otorgamiento de la "Medalla del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad" en 'los grados de "cumplimiento excepcional del deber" y "servicios distinguidos", son requisitos mínimos

Estar en servicio activo y haber desempeñado un carga en cualquier nivel de la Institución durante más de tres años;

No haber sido disciplinariamente sancionado en los últimos cinco años con suspensión o destitución;

No haber sido llamado a juicio ni condenado en cualquier tiempo por delitos.
