ARTICULO 62 . RETIRO POR ORDEN O DECISION JUDICIAL. Cuando la autoridad competente dictare sentencia condenatoria debidamente ejecutoriada en proceso penal, el funcionario del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, será retirado del servicio activo.
