Las Entidades sin Ánimo de Lucro (en adelante “ESAL”) en Colombia tienen su origen en el artículo 38 de la Constitución Política6 y surgen como desarrollo del derecho fundamental de asociación, el cual garantiza la libertad de las 6 Colombia, Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, Constitución Política. CIRCULAR EXTERNA personas para asociarse y desarrollar actividades comunes sin perseguir un ánimo de lucro.
