OBLIGACIONES DE LOS PROPIETARIOS Y CONDUCTORES DE LOS VEHICULOS DE SERVICIO PUBLICO DE CARGA. Son obligaciones de los propietarios de vehículos de servicio público y de sus conductores

Realizar el mantenimiento de los vehículos;

Facilitar el propietario al conductor, la Tarjeta de Operaciones;

Suministrar oportunamente las informaciones que requiera el Instituto Nacional del Transporte.
