Artículo sexto. Créase una Junta Especial denominada "Pro XII Juegos Nacionales", encargada de administrar los fondos que produzcan las estampillas cuya creación se autoriza, con el fin de asegurar la destinación establecida. Esta Junta estará integrada así:

a)

El Gobernador del Meta, quien será el Presidente;

b)

Un Delegado del Director Nacional de Coldeportes;

c)

Un Delegado de la Asamblea Departamental del Meta;

d)

El Alcalde Mayor de Villavicencio;

e)

Un Delegado del Concejo de Villavicencio;

f)

Un Delegado de cada uno de los Concejos Municipales de las ciudades subsedes;

g)

Un Delegado de las Juntas Municipales de Deportes.

Parágrafo 2

Actuará como representante legal y ordenador de gastos, previa aprobación de la Junta el Director Ejecutivo de la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes del Meta.
