A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, el Ministerio de las Culturas, Artes y los Saberes de Colombia, el municipio de Envigado y el departamento de Antioquia estarán autorizadas para asignar partidas presupuestales de su respectivo presupuesto anual, para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones consagradas en la presente ley.
