Derechos del alumno. El Bono de Derecho Escolar otorga al alumno el derecho al servicio educativo que ofrezca el respectivo establecimiento, de conformidad con su proyecto educativo institucional, y al disfrute de los demás servicios que brinda la institución, sin cobros adicionales, salvo los regulados por el artículo 4 del Decreto 2253 de 1995.
