Inscripción sociedades extranjeras con sucursal en el país. Las sociedades extranjeras se inscribirán en el RUP ante la cámara de comercio donde haya establecido el domicilio de su sucursal, aportando los documentos requeridos en la normativa vigente. Cuando las personas jurídicas extranjeras no tengan NIT, podrán inscribirse con el NIT de su sucursal en Colombia.
