Facultades del Ministerio de Transporte . El Ministerio de Transporte cuando lo estime conveniente, podrá solicitar tanto a las empresas de transporte como al fideicomitente o entidad bancaria correspondiente, los informes y los documentos que requiera, en aras de velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos para los cuales fue creado el Fondo Nacional que regula el presente decreto.
