º . Adiciónase el artículo 39 del Capítulo II del Título III del Decreto 2107 del 8 de octubre de 2001, con el siguiente literal: g) La Visa de Cortesía podrá ser otorgada por el Grupo de Visas e Inmigración, o por las Oficinas Consulares de la República, al nacional ecuatoriano que pretenda ingresar o permanecer en el territorio nacional para desarrollar alguna de las actividades comprendidas en los Capítulos III, IV , V , VI , y VII del Título III del Decreto 2107 del 8 de octubre de 2001, la cual se regirá por lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
