º Para efectos de la celebración de los contratos a que se refiere el artículo 2º de la Ley 26 de 1986, que de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 222 de 1983 puedan celebrarse directamente, podrá seleccionarse el contratista a través de la realización de una licitación o un concurso público, cuando así lo determine el Consejo de Adjudicación a que hace referencia dicha ley.
