El monto que se autorice para cada artículo de gastos incluido en la Ley de Apropiaciones debe aplicarse exclusivamente al objeto determinado en el texto del artículo, y no podrá excederse, salvo que el objeto y el monto del artículo se modifique por medio de créditos adicionales en los términos autorizados por esta Ley.
