Serán recursos complementarios para el crédito agropecuario los que mediante contratos, y para fines específicos, pongan a disposición de cualquiera de las entidades integrantes del Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, organismos públicos o privados, y en particular el Incora, el DRI o el Fondo Nacional del Café, instituciones estas últimas que a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley no podrán otorgar créditos directamente.
