° Las listas de repartimiento i los espedientes ejecutivos que tengan en su poder los empleados o Juntas que hayan distribuido los empréstitos, serán pasados al Recaudador que nombre el Poder Ejecutivo, en los términos que espresa la 2.ª disposicion del artículo 1.° del decreto número 324 de este año, dentro de cuatro dias despues de posesionado el Recaudador. Con tal objeto este funcionario dará a la Junta o empleado respectivo, aviso de haber tomado posesion del empleo, inmediatamente que este acto tenga lugar ante la autoridad política competente.
