Equipo de pruebas. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones solicitará a los concesionarios que provean los equipos necesarios para verificar el cumplimiento de las características técnicas del sistema y la eficiencia por canal de radiofrecuencia. Estos elementos se pondrán a disposición cuando el Ministerio de Comunicaciones notifique previamente el requerimiento de los mismos para la realización de pruebas en el sistema.
