º. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 445 de 1998, el reajuste previsto en dicha norma se aplicará a

Las pensiones del sector público del orden nacional financiadas con recursos del Presupuesto Nacional;

Las pensiones del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, y

Las pensiones de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional.
